Donation Terms & Conditions

Parth Sarathi Foundation, Shalgaon

1. General Terms

  • All donations made to Parth Sarathi Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable.

  • By donating through our website or authorized channels, you agree to the terms outlined herein.

  • Donations will be utilized strictly for the charitable purposes and environmental initiatives of the Foundation, such as tree plantation, village greening, and community welfare activities.

2. Payment & Receipts

  • Donations can be made using online payment modes including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, or other digital payment gateways.

  • Upon successful payment, an official receipt will be generated and automatically sent to the donor’s registered email address.

  • All donations are recorded in our system, and donors are encouraged to retain the receipt for personal records, tax filing, or reference.

3. Tax Exemption (if applicable)

  • Donations may be eligible for tax exemption under relevant provisions of the Income Tax Act, subject to the Foundation’s registration and compliance with applicable government laws.

  • Donors are advised to consult with their tax advisor regarding individual eligibility for deductions.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Once a donation is processed successfully, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

  • Duplicate donations, if any, will be refunded after proper verification. Donors must contact us with proof of transaction for correction.

5. Donor Privacy

  • Personal information shared by donors (name, email, phone number, payment details) will be kept secure and confidential.

  • The Foundation does not sell, trade, or share donor information with third parties, except where required by law.

6. Use of Funds

  • Donations will be allocated transparently and responsibly towards the Foundation’s objectives:

    • Tree plantation drives

    • Green village initiatives

    • Community development and awareness campaigns
